She is a member of the Japan Professional Photographers Society (JPS) and the Society of Scientific Photography, Japan (SSP). We rejoice in spring’s arrival upon seeing cherry blossoms in full bloom. Likewise, we feel melancholy when we see the cosmos swaying in the autumn breeze. What a blessing it is to experience the cycle of the seasons through flowers. My photographic theme is” Heart of Flowers”, and I wish to express my joy and sadness with the flowers of each of the four seasons. Simply put, when I am happy, I am happy; when I am sad, I am sad. The time I spend with flowers allows me to examine my heart honestly. The right camera and lenses are essential for photographic expression, and the lightweight, compact equipment of the OM system makes shooting comfortable. The lenses of this system create beautiful bokeh and are imperative companions on my journey. My primary lens is the M.Zuiko Digital ED 40-150mm F2.8 PRO, but the newly announced M.Zuiko Digital ED 90mm F3.5 MACRO IS PRO lens has become a new partner, which furthers the appeal of close-ups photographs.
